You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse, interfere with, damage, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems.
Real Deal Casino Parties may update website content, services, images, pricing, availability, and other information from time to time.
3. Event Quotes, Reservations and Availability
Event dates are subject to availability.
A quote or availability statement does not by itself guarantee an event date.
A reservation becomes effective when the required booking conditions have been satisfied and the event has been confirmed by Real Deal Casino Parties.
Event quotes may specify the services, equipment, event duration, location, pricing, and other conditions applicable to a particular booking.
4. Pricing, Deposits and Payments
Pricing may vary depending on the event location, number and type of tables, event duration, staffing requirements, transportation, setup and breakdown requirements, and additional services requested.
Deposits
A deposit may be required to reserve an event date.
Under the applicable booking terms, a client has the right to receive a refund within 30 business days after the deposit payment if the event is cancelled.
The specific written agreement, quote, invoice, or contract for an event may contain additional terms regarding the deposit.
Remaining Balance
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining balance is due on the date of the event.
Additional Payment Terms
Certain corporate, commercial, or custom event agreements may include additional payment terms, invoicing requirements, service fees, or late-payment charges.
Any such terms will be stated in the applicable written agreement, invoice, or contract and will govern that particular engagement.
5. Event Changes and Client Responsibilities
Clients should notify Real Deal Casino Parties of event changes as soon as reasonably possible and, when possible, provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
The client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the event location, access, setup conditions, parking requirements, event schedule, and other relevant venue requirements.
Additional costs may apply when previously undisclosed conditions materially affect delivery, setup, staffing, or other services.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling are subject to the booking terms applicable to the particular event.
A cancellation may qualify for a deposit refund in accordance with the applicable booking agreement and the refund policy described in these Terms.
When an event is rescheduled, the new date is subject to availability and must be confirmed by Real Deal Casino Parties.
Certain custom, corporate, or other written agreements may contain additional cancellation or rescheduling provisions.
