Best Reasons for a Blue Party Theme

With blue themes so popular, that in itself is a good reason to dress your party blue! Also, a blue party theme is great if you want to move away from the typical commercial party theme and instead style it with their favorite color. It can be a minimalist party theme if you just want to keep it a little more understated, or you can go all out and take it to the extreme in style.

This type of theme is up to you because it looks good either way. Blue party favors are also popular for baby showers or weddings, children’s birthday parties, and adult birthday parties. Blue birthday themes are becoming more popular, as are other solid color themes. Read on for some great party blue themes.

You can also just choose a few highlights to decorate your party, like this absolutely stunning blue ostrich feather centerpiece.

If your party goes on into the night, be sure to upgrade your decorations with stunning blue lights.

Blue Themed Party Food

There are not a lot of options for blue party food for things like savory snacks and meals. Your best bet is to have blue-themed desserts and sweets. However, all is not lost with your blue theme with your party food snacks, finger food, and main meal.

Simply make sure that you have lots of blue table decor such as disposable party plates, napkins, and cups. You’ll find an amazing selection of party tableware here for serving food in all different blue tones to suit your party colors.

But back to dessert! For some stunningly decadent dessert ideas, you could serve a blueberry pie for dessert or blueberry cheesecake.

Of course, there is always blue jelly or blue ice cream. You could also serve blue macaroons or donuts with blue icing. There are heaps of varieties of blue candy as well to serve.

Absolutely any sort of sweet slice, cookie, or cake can be colored blue easily with blue icing.

Blue Party Drinks

There are some blue cocktails you can make for grown-ups, such as the Blue Punch, Blue Hawaiian Cocktail, and Blue Lagoon.

A non-alcoholic option is a blue sports drink. For kids, you can create a magical blue drink by adding a few drops of food coloring to the bottom of a glass.

Add lots of ice to hide it, then fill your glass with lemonade or soda while watching the drink magically change color.

Or serve your favorite beverage in a blue mug.

Blue party favors

For party favors, you can use fun blue party bags filled with candy and other trinkets, or if you want to take things a step further, you can find plenty of blue trinkets and candies to add.

Fort Myers Casino Night at VFW Post 10097

Fort Myers Casino Night at VFW Post 10097

It was a wonderful Casino Night and a great commitment!

We are pleased to help our clients achieve an event that offers fond memories, and even more so on a special occasion where we can help our veterans.

I remember that it was one night in which we communicated with a representative of VFW POST 10097, after some coordination, the day and time of the event were resolved.

A Brief History of the VFW

The VFW has its roots in 1899 when veterans of the Spanish-American War (1898) and the Philippine Insurrection (1899-1902) founded local organizations to ensure the rights and benefits of their service: many came home injured or sick. There was no medical care or veterans’ pension for them, and they were left to care for themselves.

In their misery, some of these veterans joined and formed organizations with what would become known as the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States. After chapters were formed in Ohio, Colorado, and Pennsylvania, the movement quickly gained momentum. By 1915, the membership increased to 5,000; in 1936, the membership was nearly 200,000.

Since then, VFW’s voice has played a role in establishing the Veterans Administration, enacting the GI bill for the 20th century, developing the national cemetery system, and the fight for compensation for Vietnam vets exposed to Agent Orange and for veterans diagnosed with Gulf War Syndrome. In 2008, VFW won a long-fought victory with the passing of a GI Bill for the 21st Century, giving expanded educational benefits to America’s active-duty service members, and members of the Guard and Reserves, fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan.

VFW is also committed to improving Veterans Medical Center services for veterans.

In addition to helping fund the establishment of Vietnam, the Korean War, World War II, and the women’s soldier memorial, VFW became the first veteran’s organization to contribute to the construction of a new disabled veterans memorial in 2005, which opened in November 2010.

Annually, the nearly 2 million members of the VFW and their auxiliaries contribute more than 8.6 million hours of volunteering in the community, including participation in Make a Difference Day and National Volunteer Week.

From providing more than $3 million in college scholarships and savings bonds to students each year to encouraging the elevation of the Department of Veterans Affairs to the president’s cabinet, the VFW is there.

A great casino night

Casino Night Fundraiser is an event that allows guests to experience the fun and excitement of playing in a real casino, but instead of going to Las Vegas, Las Vegas comes to them!

Casino fundraising events regularly provide gaming tables, very similar to the gaming tables you find in real casinos and professional croupiers who run games.

The main difference between playing games in casino fundraising events and “real events” is that no real gambling takes place in these events. These games are played with “fun money” or chips with no cash value and are for entertainment only.
